We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, your role will involve managing various HR functions and providing valuable support to employees and management. This is a key position that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Maintain precise employee records and HRIS data entry
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
• Offer guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns and recommend necessary actions
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize employee development programs
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft) and ATS platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Solid data analysis skills with the ability to present findings effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Supervisory experience is advantageous
