We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, your role will involve managing various HR functions and providing valuable support to employees and management. This is a key position that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Maintain precise employee records and HRIS data entry
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Offer guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns and recommend necessary actions
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize employee development programs
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft) and ATS platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Solid data analysis skills with the ability to present findings effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
Salary: From £31,563.00 per year
