This is a customer services role, which will suit someone who has worked in removals, distribution, logistics, estate agency or similar.

Duties will include:

Be the one point of contact throughout the customer's journey which involves understanding the customer's needs and in turn improving the customer's experience. You will be expected to maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times.
To ensure enquiries, bookings, and moves are actioned in a timely manner, with all documentation accurately checked before processing.
To meet transportation and accounting deadlines.
Identify and maximise sales opportunities and upsell products and services to the customer.
Consistently work to company and legal standards when processing documentation.
Support the rest of the team and partaking in team meetings and briefings when planned, making a positive contribution.
