Description

We are looking for a dynamic and patient focused individual to join our Community Therapy Team.


You will work alongside the Locality Manager and Deputy Locality Manger to provide leadership, managing your team, ensuring patient flow, and identifying and taking forward quality improvement.

You will deliver high quality, highly specialist clinical care to patients within scope of professional practice. Assisting staff in the advanced assessment, formulation of clinical diagnoses and treatment of highly complex physical and psychological conditions.


You will work closely with the Lead Nurse, Clinical Lead and other members of the Senior Team to continue to develop the service.

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust to attend meetings that cannot be held virtually.
