Senior BTL Mortgage Broker


An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior BTL Mortgage Broker to an award winning property finance brokerage based in London.

We are looking for an experienced BTL Mortgage professional that has a "can do" attitude to generate business from a varietyof available leads sources.

You will need to be confident and comfortable with presentations, networking events, workshops, hosting webinars etc.

In-depth experience of the BTL lending essential.

This opportunity also has the potential to take on management duties and develop a team in the future.


Experience required:

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent
  • Proven track record in BTL mortgage sales
  • Minimum 2 years experience mortgage advisory experience
  • Sales management / team leading skills beneficial.
  • Experience of HNW clients
  • Be able to demonstrate strong protection sales skills and knowledge
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels

Package:
Up to £50k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
