Job Title - Executive Assistant

Band 5 Pay Rate - £20.76

Location - Colchester Hospital (potential to work at Ipswich Hospital also)

Ward - Communications and Engagement

Working Pattern -Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5pm (37.5)

Job dscription:

Executive/Personal Assistant experience at a senior level to support the Managing Director who is responsible for Trust operational performance. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of MS Teams for virtual meetings required.

The most important element is being able to work with him and to deal with callers/internal and external people in an efficient and friendly manner as the first point of contact - and to integrate with the existing Executive Assistant team, seeking supportand guidance as required.
