Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Shift rotation Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm e.g 8-4, 9-5, Saturday in every month)**Here you'll be welcomed. Role Overview


To provide and maintain efficient administrative and reception services for the Diagnostic Imaging Department, ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to patients, staff, and Consultants.


What you'll do:


  • Take bookings for Diagnostic Imaging examinations and give patients precise and accurate preparation instructions.
  • Take and give accurate information over the telephone and to have an efficient telephone manner.
  • Advise the Administration Lead of any problems within the department and to handle minor complaints with immediate action and a thorough follow up.
  • Ensure that effective booking, information, reporting and filing systems are maintained and developed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

What you'll bring:


  • Experience within a hospital or health care setting preferred but not essential
  • Previous background within customer service/ a customer facing role
  • Administration experience
  • Motivated and driven to learn and develop
  • Computer literacy
