As a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for financial stability, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that the business remains financially healthy by monitoring credit limits, collecting outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

You may have previously worked in finance and are looking for a new challenge.

Or, you may be someone who has gained valuable administrative/customer service skills and is now looking to move towards a regarding career within the finance industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Taking card payments by phone
  • Recording and allocating payments for sales ledger
  • Issuing statements, chasing letters and administrating other month end processes
  • Informing departments of issues with debts and liaising with colleagues across the organisation to ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Maintaining and controlling Debtor accounts, including statement addresses, their trading status whilst also maintaining records on the computerised debtors system
  • Taking operational guidance from the Credit Control Supervisor

Location:
Tunbridge Wells


Salary:
£20,000 - £26,000


Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Additional information:
Hybrid - 2 days in the office/3 days working from home
