The successful Lettings Negotiator will be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a company offering stability and the chance to be a key person witin the lettings department.

Lettings and Compliance Negotiator - Duties

Negotiating lets resulting in the best outcome for both tenant and landlord
Booking and conducting viewings in a professional manner to ensure best results
Organising pre tenancy paperwork
Uploading properties onto main portals and management of advertising
Registering applicants and dealing with walk ins
Processing all pre tenancy paperwork such as referencing, credit checks and tenancy amendments
Management of rental increases where required
Providing an exceptional level of service at all times
Play your part in achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a quality, reliable and results orientated service

**Lettings and Compliance Negotiator

Experience Needed*
Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous, you will need strong experience of the pre tenancy paperwork process and this will be a large part of the role
You will naturally be highly organised, someone who likes things done right and can multi task as a pivital part of the lettings team
Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
You will be looking to join a team that can offer a stable, high quality working environment

You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry.
