This consultancy is the leading provider of technical and engineering support services to clients in defence, aerospace, rail, and other industries.

You will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to the business supporting the whole employee lifecycle as well as the development and implementation of new HR strategies.


About You:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above ideally) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects as well as to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Key Information:

  • Role: Senior HR Advisor
  • WPH: Hybrid based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
  • Salary: £35,000£40,000
  • Eligibility: British Citizens (including Dual Nationals) or UK Residents for the last 5+ years

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens.
