Description
O & M Project Manager - Large Scale Solar Development

Salary/Package - £58,000 - £60,000 basic + Benefits Package ( Bonus )

Location - Watford

Permanent Position - Immediate


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of multiple solar PV projects
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and analyze project performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement O&M plans and procedures
  • Manage and train O&M staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electricial engineering or renewable energy
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management and operations and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
  • Experience with monitoring and data analysis
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations


This role will mainly be office based, but option to work from home part of the week will be considered.
