Head of Nursing (Children & Young People)

RCN UK HQ Cavendish Square, London, with hybrid working available 35 hours per week, permanent Salary range per annum:

As a Head of Nursing Practice you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of children and young people and your professionalism to deliver on the requirements of the role. You will manage a team of Professional Leads with interlinked yet diverse portfolios. Taking care of our members will be a primary focus of the role as well suggesting innovative approaches to growing our membership. In this role you will support the development, delivery and evaluation of the RCNs Strategy and operational plan ensuring the Royal College of Nursing in continues to build and strengthen its leadership position as the voice of Nursing.

The person

We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.
