Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in South East London who are recruiting for an Interim Resourcing Advisor for initially 3 months.
This role is hybrid, so you will be expected to travel into the office 3 days a week.Job Summary
The role of the Resourcing Advisor is to be the first point of contact for hiring managers, providing them with support and guidance for their recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver end to end recruitment campaigns, including the management of all recruitment campaigns.
- Advise to ensure the provision of an appropriate recruitment and selection service that enables the organisation to tract and appoint suitability skilled employees in accordance with best practice.
- To explain the process along with any resourcing material i.e. interview forms, Page Up guide and recruitment & selection policy.
- Providing managers with one to one support when necessary.
- To advertise roles internally and externally across various platforms.
- Application of employment legislation and good practice in all activities.
- To ensure recruitment suppliers are effectively managed and is monitored and that value for money is achieved and evidenced
- To be responsible for sending out the offer and be the main point of contact for the line manager.
- To ensure that all recruitment policies, procedure and practices are followed and in line with the current legislation and best practice so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
