J314- Our client is seeking an
HR Assistant (Recruitment) to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business focussing on Recruitment but including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Reporting and CSR.


Salary:
Excellent salary and bonus


Location:
UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supervise, motivate and develop an HR Coordinator.
  • Manage and monitoring monthly payroll and benefits.
  • Manage annual internal business contract renewals; e,g, life insurance.
  • Ensuring policies and contracts are in line with legal requirements.
  • Performance management, absence management, flexible working, family friendly policies.
  • Reporting from HR systems.
  • Promote the charity of the year.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Proven HR experience.
  • Leadership skills; ability to motivate, coach, hold 1:1's, address performance management and absence issues where appropriate.
  • Computer literate (excel, word).
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Uses discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Presentable and professional attitude.
