Junior HR Administrator


Salary:
£30,000 per annum


This is a great permanent opportunity for a beginning HR professional to take the next step in their career, within an injury law firm.

Our client represents individuals who have been seriously injured and are passionate about getting the best outcome for thepeople they represent.

In the role of Junior HR Administrator you will be contributing towards the positive culture of the company.

Junior HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- making the firm the best place to work
- the day to day administration of HR documents, processes and generation of reports
- organising and booking training courses and coordinating with external training providers
- recruitment tasks such as posting job adverts, updating and maintaining information within the recruitment system; short-listing CVs, arranging interviews and communicating offers
- other exciting HR projects

Junior HR Administrator Essentials:
- at least 12 months' general administration experience in a legal or professional services firm, with some relevant HR experience
- a strong interest in developing and progressing within HR
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of accuracy and good IT skills
- the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
