Reception and Nursery Teaching Assistant

West Acton, Ealing, London

80-90 PER DAY

Are you a passionate teaching assistant who loves to work with children in Early Years.

Are looking for a new and exciting full-time role? With the option to go permanent come July 2023 and embed into a dynamic Nursery team

At Career Teachers, we work with primary schools in and around London. I focus on the Ealing borough and have done for 10 years through Career Teachers.

The Ealing borough needs high-quality Teaching Assistants in EYFS and KS on short term or long-term basis.


For this role of an EYFS/KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant:

  • You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of Development Matters and the National Curriculum (2014)
  • Experience of working or interacting with children within EYFS or KS
  • Have a Level 2 or 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or relevant
  • Teaching Assistant diploma, is desirable
  • Have previous employed or voluntary work experience within a school or nursery setting is essential
  • Be proactive, supportive, nurturing, empathetic and friendly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Provide 2 references from within the past 2 years
