our destination May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located at our
5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:


  • An amazing opportunity to join our May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel a Radisson Collection Hotel as a Head Bartender.
  • The role of Head Bartender will involve working a fastpaced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Mayfair Kitchen and our brand standards.
  • As a Head Bartender you will be expected to lead and support the bar team, this will include training, coaching, and developing the bar team.

About You:


  • Previous Head Bartender experience of working in a highend liquor led bar operation is essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
