Office based with occasional site visits

Job Overview
This person will form part of the MIS Support team and will be responsible for the provision of all the required Desktop Support related services

Main Duties
Helpdesk call logging for all request
Install, configure and support of all the required Laptops and Desktop components and peripherals.
The provision of IT support 1st line to the 400+ user base.
Maintain User accounts (Active Directory O365)
Active directory admin, including provisioning/removing users and groups
Print server and Papercut support.
Photocopier and printers
Meeting rooms - Audio Visual Support, Maintenance & Repair antivirus support
Director Support
Mobile Device Support & Maintenance
Windows servers build and maintenance
File server admin
Mimecast Spam Filter/Archiving - Administration
Network Support

About You
We are looking for a experienced 1st/2nd line support person to join the MIS team supporting over 400 users.

Must possess a can-do attitude

Be an effective confident communicator

Be experienced using various technologies

Office 36
Active Directory
Printers and Photocopiers with follow me print.
Hardware laptop and PC/ Servers
Windows Servers installing.

Network cabling

Installation, Patching and Termination
Windows: Server & OS XP, 7, 10,1
Helpdesk ticket system

Job role will include the following:

Providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support
Resolving issues and escalating to 3rd line when necessary
Logging tickets and keeping detailed, accurate records
Diagnosing and solving computer hardware and software faults
Installing and configuring computer software, hardware, networks, systems, printers and scanners
Setting up accounts
Repairing equipment, replacing parts where necessary
Managing ITGC controls
