Our Children's and Adolescent Mental Health Team in Yeovil are looking for a Team Secretary to work within our small team of administrators helping to ensure the smooth running of a CAMHS service which covers the East of the county of Somerset.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, and welcoming person, who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
The CAMHS East team sees children and young people where there are concerns about their emotional, psychological wellbeing or mental health.
The team consists of Specialist CAMHS Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Support Workers and Administrators.
Your role will be to provide valuable secretarial and reception support to the team, enabling the service to run smoothly and continue to support young people and their families effectively.

- NVQ Business Administration or equivalent

- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages

- Experience of setting up and maintaining office systems
- Experience of contact with people who are accessing health or care services
- Experience of children and young people services
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary:
£22,816.00-£24,336.00 per year
