About the role:

We are looking for a
Commercial Support Assistant to join our business
Lansdown Insurance Brokers in
Cheltenham.


As
Commercial Support Assistant you will deliver exceptional client service acting as part of the busy and well established Commercial Sales Team, supporting Lansdown "right first time" approach to customer service.

Key responsibilities
***:

  • Liaise with clients with regards to outstanding premiums, collecting of payments and chasing for renewal instructions.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Use the appropriate method of communication to support Lansdown's right firsttime approach in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
  • Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
  • To service existing Lansdown clients
  • Commercial and Residential Property
  • Any other duties required from time to time

Knowledge, skills and experience
***:

  • Excellent, professional and confident communication skills
  • Good Microsoft word and excel knowledge
  • Good time management
  • Flexibility
  • Manage workload
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
  • Ability to construct effective written communications
  • Work well within a team especially under pressure
  • Confident numeracy skills
  • Training in the role will be provided
  • FIT or Cert CII or working towards
