A well-respected Financial Planning firm based in Epsom, Surrey are seeking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to join a reputable and growing financial planning practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial planners and advisors
Manage client documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes
Coordinate and schedule client appointments, meetings, and reviews
Liaise with clients, insurance companies, investment providers, and other stakeholders
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
Handle general office administration tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in financial planning or wealth management
Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems is a plus
Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
