Recruiting Talent is working with one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies who are looking for a Head of Region covering branches in the North of England.

The Person:

Happy to travel across North East/North West region to branches on a regular basis
Be a strong communicator able to communicate with people on all levels
Ambition, drive and a 'Can do' attitude

The Role:

Drive the digital transformation of the business across the North region
Drive performance to deliver against budget across core business areas
Build new client business and retain existing client
Demonstrate leadership and use market intelligence to drive client growth and business
Effectively manage regional budgets and take ownership for profitability at all levels within your region, identify and communicate and action areas likely to affect operational profitability.
Manage weekly performance of region

The Package:

Salary of up to £55 000 per year (DOE) + a car allowance
