Your New Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent
Business Support Administrator to join our Bradford Schools account in Tong High School Westgate Hill Street Bradford BD4 6NR.
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours Per Week

You will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update records within various management information systems.
- Undertake general 'team' administrative duties as and when required
- Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
- Perform other duties as requested by the Business Support Manager
- Program, allocate and coordinate Helpdesk Tasks, through liaison with the Operations Team using the CAFM system
- Participate in daily internal and external performance conference calls
- Liaising with our Site Teams
- Managing Helpdesk tasks via the CAFM system
- Carry out jeopardy management, ensuring forward planning is carried out where possible
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- A clear focus on high quality customer service
- Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA's are met
- Ability to attend School Sites as required to support the Operational Team
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Proven ability to manipulate systems and databases
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business.
- Ability to give daytoday direction to all team members
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Previous experience of CAFM system desirable
- Evidence of some project coordination
- Good numeracy & literacy
- Experience/use of MS Word and MS Excel in a general administrative role
- Good organisational and planning skills
