£11.50 per hour
My Client a well-established manufacturing company are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the management team.
Main Duties of Administrator:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Archiving to include data entry and record keeping
- Filing, photocopying
- Prepare Accounts
- Typing of correspondence and documents
- Receive incoming telephone calls and deal with queries or take messages as appropriate
- Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system
- Ordering of office supplies
- Carry out Account checks
- Undertake adhoc projects alongside daytoday tasks
Skills Required:
- 5 GCSE's grade A-C (49) including English and Maths
- Essential IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience working in an office environment
