Working hours: 09:1- 17:45 with 1-hour lunch break per day

MINI Plant, Oxford, 0X4 6NL
Shift Pattern:
Flexible working across Monday - Friday
Payment:
£112.50 day rate via PAYE

MINI Plant Tours are back
Plant Oxford is the heart of MINI. It's where all the parts are assembled and come together to make road-ready MINI models.
It's the largest and oldest of the three MINI plants across the UK, including Plant Swindon where the body panels and some assemblies are made, and Plant Hams Hall which produces petrol engines.
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering the tours you will form part of a pool of guides and will personally deliver tours of the factory.
- Greeting and welcoming customers to the tour.
- Ticket and customer ID checks.
- Informing customers about the itinerary for the tour.
- Conducting health and safety protocols before each tour.
- Upholding strict health and safety considerations when facilitating the tours.
- Maintaining guest welfare when facilitating the tours.
- Positioning yourself as the onsite expert on all things tour related to include layout / talking points of the tour and history / product knowledge of the brand

A bit about what you'd bring:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with first class communication skills, who works well under pressure, thrives in a team environment and brings a sense of fun to the workplace
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a tour facilitating role is essential.
- A passion for the automotive industry along with an interest in largescale car production is a bonus.
- First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events and experiential marketing is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

£6.70-£19.82 per hour
