A full-time vacancy has arisen for an Experienced Maintenance Person, with experience in a variety of property maintenance tasks, to join our busy maintenance team working out of the Swindon area mainly in residential properties, but also in communal areas of residential blocks.

This interesting and varied work includes working on client sites on small and large jobs (e.g. from replacement of Kitchens/Bathrooms to attending to leaks under sinks, changing taps, refitting blinds, painting and Decorating etc and various general property repairs).
