Salary:
£35,000 + benefits


Hours:4 on 4 off shift pattern


Summary:


This fast paced e-commerce retailer requires an experienced Team Leader to take responsibility for managing a team responsible for the operations in their warehouse including picking, packing, goods in, quality control and returns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and lead a team across the warehouse/fulfilment functions
  • Maintain and promote high standards of Health and Safety
  • Contribute and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and monitor time/attendance, performance and the well being of the team
  • Formulate operational plans

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous leadership experience from either an eCommerce, retail or multichannel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to organise and adapt plans quickly in a fast changing environment
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret data
A track record of delivering continuous improvement projects (including lean techniques)
