Description

Electricity North West is looking for an exceptional Planning Coordinator to join the South Operations Team to co-ordinate the necessary resources to complete Domestic Connections.

This is a full-time role based in Salford that comes with a salary of up to £40,195.52 per year plus excellent benefits.

As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising everything we need to safely deliver the customer's new connection, promptly.

In this role, you can expect to:

Co-ordinate the management of resources
Promote a seamless customer journey by contributing to delivering a firstclass experience
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all customer stakeholders
Influence the key stakeholders to work collaboratively to ensure we deliver on our customer commitments
Raise work packs within agreed timescales, including work instructions, that are fit for purpose and include utility drawings
Experience of being part of a highperformance team
Proficiency in use of SAP, SAP Portal and MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
A logical mindset with excellent organisational skills demonstrating flexibility when managing changing priorities
GCSE Maths and English (Grades A* to C)
