Electricity North West is looking for an exceptional Planning Coordinator to join the South Operations Team to co-ordinate the necessary resources to complete Domestic Connections.

This is a full-time role based in Salford that comes with a salary of up to £40,195.52 per year plus excellent benefits.


As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising everything we need to safely deliver the customer's new connection, promptly.


In this role, you can expect to:

  • Co-ordinate the management of resources
  • Promote a seamless customer journey by contributing to delivering a firstclass experience
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all customer stakeholders
  • Influence the key stakeholders to work collaboratively to ensure we deliver on our customer commitments
  • Raise work packs within agreed timescales, including work instructions, that are fit for purpose and include utility drawings
  • Experience of being part of a highperformance team
  • Proficiency in use of SAP, SAP Portal and MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • A logical mindset with excellent organisational skills demonstrating flexibility when managing changing priorities
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grades A* to C)
