Beechwood unit is a 15 bedded acute treatment ward based on the site of Uckfield Community Hospital, providing 24 hour care and treatment for older people who are experiencing symptoms of dementia.

An exciting opportunity for nursing assistants to join the team has arisen. You need to be enthusiastic and motivated possess good customer care and interpersonal skills for the above post. Experience in the caring setting is desirable but not essential, training and support will be provided.

The role will include undertaking personal care duties for patients and activities necessary for their care, reporting patient conditions to qualified staff.

Duties will include a mixture of early, late and night shifts as well as some weekends.
