Job Description:


Our strategic marketing team brings together the combined expertise of our global marketing and communications community to promote AECOM's world-leading expertise.

We focus on the creative, smart and strategic use of marketing to strengthen client relationships, understand and respond to their needs, help grow the business and address today's industry issues.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic marketing executive to join our team.

Working alongside the wider marketing team, they will support and assist the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activity across for the
Buildings + Places business line across the
Europe & India region.

Reporting to a
Buildings + Places Marketing Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our marketing team.

You will support the entire client lifecycle, from gathering industry and client intelligence to aid strategy, through to rolling out client focused campaigns and measuring success.


Main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage calendar/timeline of integrated multi-channel tactics including conferences, client events, awards, social media, thought leadership and editorial activities, including budgetary requirements and KPI reporting.
  • Schedule, write and track social media content on the most appropriate handles to support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests
  • Project manage and liaise with our creative department to arrange the art working of content including thought leadership articles and social media graphics
  • Help coordinate company led events and staff conference participation, both inperson and virtual, overseeing invites, booking, invoices, collateral requirements, and attendee briefings
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for leadership teams on both businessasusual and strategic activities, sourcing analytics where appropriate to demonstrate return on investment
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies

Qualifications:


Role requirements

  • Excellent creative, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with the wider strategic marketing team including creative, digital, internal communications, editorial and PR
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage various tactical requirements and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to research, collate and report on appropriate data
  • Excellent time management skills to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Client centric attitude, embracing the company brand and values

Desirable but not essential

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the design and construction sector
  • Experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience of content management systems, SEO marketing and data analytics
  • Knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud packages
