Description
Mode Lighting Limited is a UK manufacturer of architectural, commercial and energy saving lighting control solutions. We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team based in Ware, Hertfordshire.

This is a part-time permanent position, working 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays) and offering circa 30 hours per week.


Typical duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing purchase invoices and statements from suppliers
  • Preparation and reconciliation of monthly bought ledger reports
  • Raising of electronic system payments or cheques and remittances to suppliers
  • Creditor control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls as necessary
  • General office duties as required
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Competent at using Microsoft Office Package
  • Epicor system experience an advantage but not essential

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
From £13.00 per hour
