Marketing Assistant

Role Summary:


The role of the Marketing Assistant is in direct support of the growth and development of our franchise and company owned networks brand development within the healthcare sector whilst protecting the brand and increasing awareness of such at every opportunity.


Key roles will include:


This is a creative role and there will be an expectation that the successful applicant has a firm attention to detail and aspirational within their role.


A marketing assistant will be aware of the marketing ideas being presented by our competitors in the market place and will present any innovative ideas on raising brand awareness to the Marketing Manager and other senior personnel, including stakeholders.

Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager with admin support on a range of marketing and communication activities

To maintain that our mission, vision, values are kept up to date and true, with them being communicated effectively to the whole network and beyond

Below is a breakdown of the key job role as a Marketing Assistant.


Responsibilities:


  • Alongside the standard operating procedure for the role, you will understand and work within the structure and ethos of the group.
  • Bring clear planning and organisation to the network within your geographical remit.
  • Ensure that all businesses are operating to the guidelines and standards set out within the operations manual for both homecare and establishment services where relevant.
  • To work with and develop good working relationships with other departments within Head Office, our Franchise Network, Marketing subcontractors and suppliers. Provide admin support as required.
  • Support the Marketing Manager to promote a culture which underpins growth and development of each franchise business in line ambitions of the business.
  • To assist with the admin process to update our digital media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube and website.
  • To provide support with the production, development, and delivery of marketing and promotional material for presentations and ensuring that this is updated in line with key changes to the business, sector and as further highlighted by senior management.
  • To cowork, plan, implement and manage the strategic planning of local, national & international marketing campaigns for both franchise sales, master franchise sales, homecare and recruitment which are results driven.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing activities required to assist in the delivery of the annual conference and award ceremony and any other events opted by the company
  • To support in the management of the delivery of the social media packages & reporting process
  • To manage and oversee the conduct reports and evaluation of market research & surveys
  • To support in the management of accounts with preferred suppliers and as appropriate to the department
  • To support in the measurement of marketing ROIs / to make sure that KPF and the KP Network gets best value for money
  • To work effectively with the UK franchise network, nationally, in Europe and internationally to improve marketing reach and brand awareness
  • To support in the key development, evolution and streamlining of all marketing systems and processes for the benefit of the network
  • Support in franchisee recruitment training and inductions.
  • Any other requirements as outlined by the business from time to time.

Person Specification
Ability to communicate well both written and verbally. Confident and have a persuasiveness for "selling" your ideas. Able to produce and give presentations at local and public level.

Conscientious, self-motivated with passion & energy and a hunger for success

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines showing drive, motivation, and enthusiasm

Ability to use own initiative being creative and good problem-solving skills, ability to self-motivate and manage own

workload and diary management

Have good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to produce accurate detailed work whilst evaluating

marketing, recruitment and business plans for overall effectiveness

Ability to Liaise professionally within a competitive business setting where engagement across all levels is required

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
