Defence Training
The Academic Trainer role is based within our Defence Training business area.


The role


The difference our new Academic Trainer will make, As an Academic Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You will be responsible for all aspects of instruction and the students learning experience.

Day to day, you'll deliver Contextualised Academic Lessons, Marking of Exams and Course Work as required. Also, invigilation of exams, Course Preparation, including the development of blended learning materials/interactive online content.

This role requires full-time working on site with an early finish on Wednesdays.


Essential experience
- level 4 would be the minimum. HND or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in teaching desirable but not essential as will put through the Level
  • Ex Service leaver ideal
