Complaints Administrator is responsible for supporting Complaints Team in the development, implementation and maintenance of the complaints process and systems.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to provide high quality administrative support to the complaints team.

The post holder will be required to support the team, and organisation's values.

The post holder will provide general administrative assistance to the Complaints Team and Manager including maintaining a "client-focused" approach and adhering to confidentiality of those involved in complaints.

Communicate effectively with a range of people promptly and professionally in a courteous manner. Ensure that complainants details are recorded accurately and passed to the complaints officer. Maintain an efficient administrative system on behalf of the service. Process internal/external post on a a daily basis. Typing documentation as required. Work in conjunction with the PALS administrator to ensure information and resources are managed efficiently and effectively.

Probationary Period
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.

All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.

As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.

The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £1,136 and a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum pro rata).
