Job Description:

Portico are currently on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our small team based at a prominent multi-occupied building in the Southwark.

The main responsibilities will include:
Supporting and taking direction in assisting with small events and pop ups in the lobby area,
Training new recruits and team support members,
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming,
Directing and announcing visitors appropriately,
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls,
Receiving and sorting daily mail
And supporting with other ad hoc tasks.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri

Salary:
£28,154

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and equally on their own initiative. This person is self-motivated and can deliver excellent service consistently.

Previous experience customer service is essential, preferably within a corporate environment.

Personality is key within this role and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships and rapport is an absolute must.

We are looking for someone bubbly, chatty, great sense of humour yet able to deliver an impeccably professional service to our clients.
