External Auditor

Duration:
Permanent

Salary:
£60,000-75,000 (dependent upon experience) plus bonus, pension & benefits

Location:
Primarily remote working with 2-4 days in the Preston office per month

The Role:

Support the group's acquisition strategy through the assessment of the impact of technical accounting considerations on potential and acquired businesses
Responsible for the end to end process of reporting standard assessment through to implementation
Drive delivery of the group's transition to compliance under the various new standards
Support the group and divisions with the introduction of key sustainabilityrelated disclosures and reporting standards
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Big 4 or Insurance industry experience ideal (Life Insurance highly advantageous)
Has experience or an interest in Sustainability Reporting (Climate, ESG etc.)
