Do you have experience of providing high quality HR administration?

Are you available for a January start?

Are you able to confidently deal with stakeholders?


Due to an organisation re structure, my client is looking for 4 x HR Administrators to come in and hit the ground running initially on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

You will ideally thrive in a fast
- paced environment and have a strong focus on delivery.


Key Task and Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for delivering responsive information and advice service.
  • Recruitment and selection process.
  • Preemployment checks, regular use of the HR system, input new starters, staff changes and to ensure timely processing at all times.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative and support processes and project work and maintaining written procedures and standards within the team.
  • Undertake data input, photocopying, filing and typing duties as required.
  • Provide adhoc support to HR related projects as and when required.

Experience outline:


  • Experience of HR and/or recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Good team player and thrives working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience of dealing with large volume of work.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience of using Microsoft suite and TRAC highly advantageous.
