My client are a successful wholesaler/exporter of FMCG European and British goods and they are looking to expand their teams with Sales executives who they can train in exporting.


The Role Overall:


  • Promoting the company to new customers to deliver and maintain business growth. Engaging New and Understanding your current customers' needs to add value to their businesses.
  • Intermediate:
Excel intermediate is necessary

KEY SKILLS:
Excellent Communication Skills and Confidence with Customer Relationship building.

**Training will be given for Executives without FMCG and/or export trade knowledge;

  • Up to 12 Months*
  • We are happy to provide training from Export logistics to Export Sales and enable you to efficiently learn the FMCG product ranges and industry in different markets globally.
  • Sales can typically take 8 weeks to 16 weeks from Start to finish dependent on location and sales skills hence the extensive training period.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating internal price forms and promotional materials, sending targeted offers to customers
  • Compiling and processing orders via SAP business one
  • Offer attentive customer service and additional transportation, packaging and logistics services.
  • Review New and Existing Customers Accounts at the time of opening and periodically after accounts are opened, to ensure accurate and up to date due diligence documents are obtained and ensure accounts are opened quickly and efficiently with all legal requirementsto trade adhered to.
  • Providing logistics information, sending images, samples and export documentation to customers.
  • Consistently providing information to administrators and warehouse so information is entered onto the calendar and all orders/deliveries are planned and coordinated with the warehouse.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
  • Effective planning and communication with Customers, to ensure payment transactions and sales orders are completed in a timely manner
