Joining our specialist Asia team, we are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to take ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, tailormade holidays, whilst navigating and creating experiences utilising carefully curated product spanning across the vastness of Asia.

This includes South East Asia, North Asia, Indian Subcontinent, China & Japan, as well as Australasia Pacific.

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will act as the main point of contact for our guests.

But to aide you in the pursuit of delivering a seamless experience, you will be provided with all the tools to succeed including dedicated sales support resource who can add personalised touches and assist across the guest-journey.


Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation
  • To work towards individual and team sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators
  • To develop excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolio
  • To meet guests on a facetoface basis when required
  • To contact guests on their return to receive feedback and create new enquiries
  • To work closely with all departments and Sales teams
  • To deliver excellent guest service at all stages of booking and demonstrate the key values of Scott Dunn

About You


As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be a specialist with significant product and destination knowledge acquired across the key product areas.

Having worked in a prior travel sales role, you will also understand the intricacies of tailormade travel and all that underpins a seamless guest experience.

However, above all, you will be passionate, with the ability to inspire and work in line with our core values.
