Description

Installation Managerrequired for our client, a leading solar company. The Installation Manager will be responsible for the management and resolution of post installation technical queries and issues.

The Installation Manager will be required to deal with and be accountable for resolving post commissioning queries. Working with Installation Managers to ensure best practice and consistent quality across their in-house and sub-contractor teams.

Accountable for post installation Customer Satisfaction with effective management and resolution of any post installation issues or requirements. This involves dealing directly with customers to manage expectations (and prioritise issues) and deliver a greatpost install experience


Post Installation ManagerPosition Overview


Liaising with the Installation Manager to highlight any improvements that could be made to the working practices of the Installation Teams, to minimise repeat post install issues.

Similarly, liaising with the Sales Director to highlight any improvementsthat could be made to the working practices of the Sales & PM team to minimise repeat post install issues.

Refine and manage Post Installation Issue process. This includes ensuring adherence and refining/improving as required. Develop process and service for Post Installation monitoring using the various monitoring platforms e.g. Solis, SolarEdge, Fronius, etc.


Post Installation ManagerPosition Requirements

  • Ideally has management and quality management experience.
  • Ideally has construction background OR electrical engineering background/commercial electrical experience.
  • Ideally have some customer service experience.
  • Ideally have 12 years commercial solar PV experience.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.

Post Installation ManagerPosition Remuneration
- £38,000 - £40,000

  • Travel and expenses paid
  • Office based, with occasional site visits (opportunity to work from home)
  • Working hours 8.30 to 5pm with half hour for lunch 5 days per week and any other times required to fulfil their role without additional pay.
  • Mobile + Laptop
  • 40 hour week
  • Pension
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
