Do you have experience managing a finance controlling team?
Do you have experience of supporting Senior Leaders with key topics such as operational performance?

We are recruiting for a Head of Controlling to join our team on a full time permanent basis.


Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly, however expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.


We are looking for someone that will be the main point of contact (for both UK and German Head Office) and responsible for all controlling deliverables and requirements.

You will manage the forecasts, PR and budget process for the company.

Ensuring that the company's balance sheet is risk free and align on accounting rules with the Head of Accounting to ensure compliance.

You will support and business partner with all areas of the business to achieve company objectives via the provision of accurate information and guidance whilst maintaining financial control.

You will manage, develop and lead the Controlling team and deliver effective business partnering. Driving continuous improvement and operational performance whilst supporting and enabling the business units in their growth path.


In order to perform this role effectively, you will:

  • Qualification with professional accountancy organisation e.g. CIMA, ACCA and or degree educated/ or qualified by experience
  • People management experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Resilient personality
  • Ability to set goals and steer team and organisation towards them
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Advanced Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Word, outlook, SAP, business warehouse
