Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - Flexible working - Surrey / SW London Border - £40-50k

My client is a long established, highly respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers based in Surrey / SW London.

Providing bespoke Property Management services to a wide range of long retained clients they now seek an additional senior property manager / senior block manager as follows:

Experienced in the full range of block management duties with a stable career history and track record of career progression and key client retention
Position provides leadership to a team of block managers and assistants in addition to a key portfolio comprising 20 key local sites
3 days home working, 2 days split between office and site visits
Commitment a key factor our staff has ZERO staff turnover with most property managers and support staff being in post for 10 years+
Great atmosphere supportive, diverse, friendly and fun whilst maintaining professionalism at all times
Minimal evening meetings required as most AGM's etc can be carried out during working hours
Basic salary up to £50k to start, rising with tenure and responsibility
