Sheridan Ward is excited to be working with one of our lovely clients who are based in Aylesbury who are looking to expand their friendly and outgoing team by recruiting a Customer Support Expert


This company offers working from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week in the office, they are a lovely company to work for who value their staff and teams.

Do you have strong communication skills? Are you able to work under pressure? Do you have experience within a retention or target driven environment?


Customer Support Expert duties:


  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Carrying out outbound calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Deal with customers complaints
  • Handling all retention calls

Customer Support Expert benefits:
