Sales Account Manager
£24,000 - £28,000 (up to £45k with Commission structure)

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

Job Role

Develop relationships with existing clients to develop further work and work closely with the business development department when bringing new clients on board.
Providing an exceptional level of customer service to both clients and customers and have the ability to up sell where required
Schedule in works on our internal CRM system and manage projects from start to finish maximising the project margins and service levels to achieve further bonus packages.
Attend service reviews and meetings with clients to develop partnership and forecast up and coming work.
Overviewing cost's and invoicing works for your clients and liaising with the operations department on how we can potentially improve moving forward.
Data entry of new works and keeping the CRM up to date to ensure an automatic efficient procedure.

What experience do you require?

Previous background with sales/ account management any industry sector is welcome.
Drive and ambitious to hit goals and be a forward thinker.
Ability to come up with new ideas and suggestions to improve the way of working.
Team player and enjoys being involved with a team.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn daily.
