Job Introduction

Vita Health Group is looking for 12 month maternity cover for a Mental Health Operations Lead to join a growing Leadership Team within our NHS market.

The Operations Lead ensures the effective & efficient delivery of the operational management and leadership within the Calderdale & Derby Talking Therapies Service.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to progress their career within the Talking Therapies service and gain invaluable experience for their future career in management & leadership roles.

Mentoring and training will be given as required.


The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the NHS Talking Therapies service to the Calderdale & Derby community under appropriate governance and quality procedures.


Essential Criteria:


  • Operational management experience, ideally with experience of working within an NHS setting
  • Experience of business change
This is a fixed term role for 12 months beginning on 24th May 2024.
