Description
BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Administrator in Redcar. The role is initially for 3 months with likely extension working with our housing client.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support the proactive use of ICT across the business to improve the customer experience
  • Acting as a single point of contact for ICT and managing all requests and incidents
  • Providing a 'first time fix' resolution or allocating to a member of the ICT Team to ensure all calls are resolved
  • Investigating and resolving incidents and requests across a variety of systems and hardware.
  • Liaising and working with third party companies and suppliers when required.
  • Assisting with implementing various IT projects
  • Carrying out daily maintenance and administrative tasks.
  • Providing appropriate guidance notes, user guides and training as required.
  • Written and oral communication skills, including accurate recording of information and creating documents.
  • A customer focused approach
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Relevant experience working in an ICT service desk environment
Pay rates £11 - £11.50 paye or £14 umbrella


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£11.50-£14.00 per hour
