HR Manager
12-month fixed term contract
LHH Recruitment Solutions are working in partnership with a leading travel organisation to recruit a HR Manager on a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders and managers to understand their people priorities and deliver the relevant activities required to achieve these priorities
- Supporting cyclical activities such as employee engagement, reward, and performance management in partnership with the central HR teams
- Providing HR support to leaders and managers on general HR queries as well as more complex ER issues
- Supporting the Employee H&S agenda for Education, working in close partnership with the Group H&S team
- Overseeing all aspects of onboarding
- For seasonal staff specifically, ensuring that all key documentation is managed well, including issuing letters for updates on probation and disciplinary outcomes and managing the issuing of contracts and contract amendment letters via Adobe Sign
- collating and submitting seasonal payroll monthly reports including new starters, amendments and leavers
What we are looking for:
- Experience working as a HR generalist is key. Ideally you will have had exposure to, and responsibility for, all elements of the people lifecycle including engagement, L&D, ER and cyclical activities such as performance management annual process and payand bonus review processes
- A great communicator you'll need to be confident in dealing with stakeholders within the Education business as well as within the central HR teams
- Someone able to work towards deadlines and manage their time effectively
- Previous work experience in the travel industry, Payroll experience and a CIPD qualification are all desirable but not essential
