Job Details:


  • Team PA
- £28,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience

  • Full time, permanent
  • 9.00am 17:30pm


  • City of London

  • Occasional travel to Southend.

Duties:


  • Assisting the Operations Supervisor with ongoing projects.
  • Keep the Gift and Hospitality spreadsheet up to date.
  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls in a professional manner.
  • Complete expenses for Directors and senior level staff.
  • Preparing and administering stationary orders for both offices.
  • General office duties such as booking meeting rooms, welcoming clients to the office, ensuring the reception area and communal areas in the office are maintained to a high standard.
  • Relay any building problems or changes to building manager.
  • Provide End of Month Paper, Ink, Post and Petty Cash reports to accounts.
  • Arrange lunches and refreshments for meetings.
  • Manage company lettings properties.

Requirements:


  • Must have experience within PA roles.
  • Ideally some knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Excellent MS skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Must have the ability to deal with busy environments.
  • Hard working and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
