Caretaker required for an immediate starting role - Long Term Assignment

To start January 2023, to continue for 3 months with the opportunity of being made permanent

Location:
Kensington Borough

Hours: 07:15am16:15pm weekdays, 1 hour for lunch 12:0013:00
Some flexibility for hours required e.g. may be required to stay slightly later 16:15 upon request
Lunch is provided

I am currently working with a Primary School located within the Kensington Borough who are looking for a Caretaker to join their fun and friendly team.

The position will be to start as soon as possible this New-Year dependent on enhanced DBS checks (on theupdate service too) or be willing to obtain one, as well as reference checks.

The school will be looking for someone who can undertake the role and carry out the duties of a School Caretaker Assistant which includes the general cleaning of the school groundstoo and maintenance around the school.

The role requires the general maintenance of the school, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
You must be able to communicate effectively, both oral and written, this is essential for communicating with the team.
You must be aware of health & safety training as well as manual handling and the importance of how to life objects safely as you maybe required to lift furniture around the school with the help of others.
