About the Role:


To provide assistance within HR and Payroll, along with on-the-job training to cover all aspects of an administrative role within the department.


  • Admin support to HR / payroll manger.
  • Collating and checking timesheets.
  • Petty cash checking and payments to stores.
  • Procurement for stores.
  • Administration responsibility for internal training platform
  • Photocopying / Filing.
  • Word / Excel use of payroll spreadsheets / contract writing etc.
  • Highly confidential.

Who we are looking for:


  • Communication / Organisation skills
  • Team working
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).


You will complete the Business Administrator Level 3 as part of the role, the training will be provided by Optimum skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£5.28
per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
