This is an amazing not to be missed opportunity for a self motivated person to help us to continue to develop our sales and lettings business in Torbay & the surrounding area.

We are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in Estate Agency preferably in Sales but we will consider someone with only a Lettings background or even experience in a similar field.

Full training will be provided for applicants without relevant experience, if you're the sort of person who's always loved looking round property and are a bit nosy this could well be exactly the job for you.

Your own car and full driving license is essential, as is a smart appearance and a sense of humour. We are a non-smoking company. Knowing your way round the local area would be good, but sat-nav would cover any gaps in your knowledge.

We are a well established independent agent with a modern office in Hyde Road, Paignton. We make extensive use of technology & are always looking for the next innovation to set us apart from the rest, so you should be IT literate but you do not need a computer science degree

The hours required for this position are Saturday from 9am to 4pm.

There are also likely to be opportunities to work extra hours during the week to cover holidays etc and there are plenty of chances to earn extra commission on top of your wage.

If you turn out to be a great agent there may be the opportunity to turn it into a full time position if you'd like that when the opportunity arises, but we're also quite happy to have an awesome weekend only person.
